What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it (it's optional), the area you think your case falls under, and your message. No special categories of data are collected, and you are not asked for anything that isn't needed to reply to you.

If you accept analytics cookies, statistical browsing information is also collected. The details are in the cookie policy.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, prepare the assessment where appropriate and stay in touch in connection with that request. It is not used to send you marketing you haven't asked for, and no profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and the legitimate interest in responding to whoever gets in touch. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out before then.

How long it is kept

For as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. If the conversation goes nowhere, the data is deleted once it no longer serves a purpose.

Who else sees it

The form is processed by Formspree, which acts as data processor and provides the service that receives and forwards the message. Email is handled with Google. Both are international providers, and data transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the regulations. Data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to oruxia.ia@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
