Runs on time, every day
Even if nobody remembers to start it, and even on a Sunday.
No copy-and-paste errors
Data moves from one tool to another through a direct connection, the same way every time.
On what you already have
We work with the software your team already has open. If one has fallen short, we'll say so and explain why.
Alerts when something fails
Every workflow is monitored. If it breaks, we know before you do.
How we set it up
- 01Where the time goesWe count the tasks that repeat most and which ones pay off most once automated.
- 02Built and tested in parallelIt's built alongside the way you work now, without touching it, and tested with real cases.
- 03Switched on and monitoredIt goes live with alerts. Every month we propose the next process.
Frequently asked questions
What gets automated first?
Whatever has the most impact in your case, and that comes out of the assessment. It measures where your time goes and which process pays off most once automated, and that one goes first. Lead intake, reminders or invoicing are common, but your situation sets the order.
Do I have to change tools?
No. We only suggest it if the one you use stops you doing what you want, and we'll explain why.
What if a workflow breaks?
An alert goes off before it affects you, and fixing it is covered by maintenance.
Can't I set it up myself with Make?
You can, and for two steps it's worth it. The real work is deciding what happens when the odd case turns up, and keeping it running six months from now.
Thirty minutes, and you walk away with a map.
You tell us how you work today, and we come out knowing what can be automated and in what order.
