Book a 30-minute call30-min call

Every call gets answered.

An agent that picks up when you can't. It handles the usual questions, books into your real calendar and passes to a person whatever deserves a person.

Books directly

It checks your calendar, offers free slots and confirms by WhatsApp or email.

Says what it is

We don't pretend it's a person. It introduces itself as an assistant and offers to put the caller through to someone at any time.

Every call is transcribed

What was said, at what time and how it ended.

How we set it up

  1. 01The real callsWe listen to what people ask on the phone and which calls end unresolved.
  2. 02Script and limitsWhat it handles, what it passes on and in what tone. You approve it before it takes a single call.
  3. 03One line, and we listenIt starts by covering one time slot or one diverted line. It's extended when the transcripts show it should be.

Frequently asked questions

Does it sound like a robot?

Today's voices don't give themselves away. Even so, the agent introduces itself as an assistant, because we'd rather be clear than have anyone feel deceived.

What if the caller wants to speak to a person?

They ask, and they're put through. It's the first rule we set up.

Do I need a new phone system?

No. It's set up as a call diversion on the number you already have.

Isn't it cheaper to just answer the phone?

It depends on how many calls you're missing today. We measure that in the assessment before proposing anything, and sometimes the answer is that it isn't worth it for you.

Thirty minutes, and you walk away with a map.

You tell us how you work today, and we come out knowing what can be automated and in what order.
